We came across Peter few times while trying to buy a property in maylands and twice we had to face him to negotiate the price before putting an offer. Those experiences convince us that Peter would be our agent we would sell our place. Since then, we sold our apartment with Peter. We haven’t been disappointed. Peter kept us informed all the time about to do. He was pretty spot on when it was time to give us an estimate of how much we could hope to get for the place. He was always available or really quick to call back of we had any questions. I will go through him again if I have another property to sell.
