Lear has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience as an executive with Jeans West, Coca Cola, Pepsi Co, Sports Marketing and Real Estate. The areas of sales and marketing have always suited Lear with his natural ability for matching people with product/service and his genuine ability to draw humour and trust out of everyone.
Lear started his own company, SportsArt Australia, based in Sydney and, over 8 years, built solid business relationships with the Australian Football League, Cricket Australia, the Wallabies and the National Rugby League. His enjoyment of negotiation was put to good use through negotiating contracts on both a national and international level with personalities such as Muhammad Ali, Sir Vivian Richards, John Worsfold, Steve Waugh, John Eales, Shane Warne, Tony Lockett, Peter Brock, Mick Doohan and many more.

Avenue One Property Group would like to introduce you to Peter Thomas. Real Estate allows Peter to utilise his extensive experience in sales, marketing and education.
A commitment to youth, education and community directed Peter to combine all three interests as a teacher within the Catholic Schools system. His affable nature and strong leadership ability saw him appointed as Assistant Principal for two schools during his teaching career.
His passion for sports gave him the opportunity to play WAFL football for the Subiaco and East Fremantle football clubs.
With 12 years as a student of martial arts, Peter's focus and determination rewarded him with the high achievement of 2nd Dan Black Belt. Off the field, a progression was made from league runner to Director of marketing for the Swan Districts football club. This strength for sales and marketing saw Peter launch a successful business in sports marketing, managing fundraisers and auctions to raise money for various community organisations. Peter's ability to manage diverse groups of people, often under pressure, as well as maintaining a solid sense of humour, leaves a lasting impression on an individual level. Jaye Sandilands - Property Manager
Coming from a background in sales administration and property management, Jaye brings a wealth of experience to her position as Personal Assistant at Avenue One Property Group.
With an eye for detail and a passion for all aspects of real estate, Jaye enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly, from listing to settlement.
Jaye has previously been involved in setting up a new real estate agency, including company branding and marketing, has been a property manager at boutique agencies and public listed companies, and has extensive administrative experience in both real estate and other industries.
Emily Marsh Russell -Assistant Property Manager
Emily's personable nature and enthusiasm make her a excellent administrator for our boutique office. Having considerable customer service experience, organisational skills and a willingness to progress within this industry, she is a valuable asset to our team.
Artistic by nature Emily in recent years has studied fashion design, small business, retail and advanced computer skills. As Emily has always had an interest in Real Estate she hopes to draw upon the skills she has learnt through these studies to pursue a career within the Real Estate Industry.
Robin Leen recently joined the team at Avenue One Property group after spending the last couple of years travelling throughout Europe and Western Australia.
Prior to her travels, Robin was a well-known and highly successful real estate salesperson in North Perth and surrounding areas.
With eight years of industry experience under her belt, Robin has received numerous awards from peers within the real estate industry in recognition of her outstanding sales ability.
Robin prides herself on excellent negotiating skills, eye for detail and her commitment to giving the very best possible service so that sale and purchase of a property is a stress free, enjoyable experience for all involved.
Sophie Holding - Administration
Sophie has been previously employed by Department for Planning and Infrastructure. Working in this role has helped her possess the knowledge and skills to provide a high level of customer service this role demands. She has had extensive data entry, mailing and records experience, and has gained her Certificate Two in Business and
Certificate in Recordkeeping Awareness Training.
She also possesses many transferable skills, including well developed literacy skills, organisational skills and ability to work within a team from these experiences. All of these attributes and her friendly nature make her a valuable asset to the team at Avenue One Property Group .
