Lear has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience as an executive with Jeans West, Coca Cola, Pepsi Co, Sports Marketing and Real Estate. The areas of sales and marketing have always suited Lear with his natural ability for matching people with product/service and his genuine ability to draw humour and trust out of everyone.
Lear started his own company, SportsArt Australia, based in Sydney and, over 8 years, built solid business relationships with the Australian Football League, Cricket Australia, the Wallabies and the National Rugby League. His enjoyment of negotiation was put to good use through negotiating contracts on both a national and international level with personalities such as Muhammad Ali, Sir Vivian Richards, John Worsfold, Steve Waugh, John Eales, Shane Warne, Tony Lockett, Peter Brock, Mick Doohan and many more.

Avenue One Property Group would like to introduce you to Peter Thomas. Real Estate allows Peter to utilise his extensive experience in sales, marketing and education.
A commitment to youth, education and community directed Peter to combine all three interests as a teacher within the Catholic Schools system. His affable nature and strong leadership ability saw him appointed as Assistant Principal for two schools during his teaching career.
His passion for sports gave him the opportunity to play WAFL football for the Subiaco and East Fremantle football clubs.
With 12 years as a student of martial arts, Peter's focus and determination rewarded him with the high achievement of 2nd Dan Black Belt. Off the field, a progression was made from league runner to Director of marketing for the Swan Districts football club. This strength for sales and marketing saw Peter launch a successful business in sports marketing, managing fundraisers and auctions to raise money for various community organisations. Peter's ability to manage diverse groups of people, often under pressure, as well as maintaining a solid sense of humour, leaves a lasting impression on an individual level. Robin Leen recently joined the team at Avenue One Property group after spending the last couple of years travelling throughout Europe and Western Australia.
Prior to her travels, Robin was a well-known and highly successful real estate salesperson in North Perth and surrounding areas.
With eight years of industry experience under her belt, Robin has received numerous awards from peers within the real estate industry in recognition of her outstanding sales ability.
Robin prides herself on excellent negotiating skills, eye for detail and her commitment to giving the very best possible service so that sale and purchase of a property is a stress free, enjoyable experience for all involved.
Maree Martin - Senior Property Manager
Service is the key factor in successful Property Management, and Maree prides herself on offering her clients a very high level of customer service and is highly ethical and hardworking.
Throughout her eight year career she became very well-known in Western Suburbs area managing executive homes and apartments. With all her skill and understanding, Maree joined the Avenue One Property Group as a Senior Property Manager. She is excited about

Jade Webster - Property Manager

her move to Avenue One Property Group and she likes to surround herself with happy and successful people and enjoys a challenge, so she was a perfect addition to the team.
When not hard at work, Jade enjoys rock climbing which she has done for over two years and her ambition is to compete at the highest level! She has also travelled nationally competeing and performing in Gymnastics and Dance academies.
Abbey's friendly personality and strong team focus have made her a welcome and valuable addition to the Avenue One staff. Abbey's work experience and tertiary studies in the real estate field make her the ideal team member to provide administrative support to both sales and property management staff.
